color trend
i feel like lavender has been creeping into interiors more and more lately. even though as a young child, i would always choose the pink crayon over the purple one...i am digging the way these rooms feel. and if you are looking for a paint color to give you this kind of tone, Ben Moore's Excalibur Gray 2118-50 is a great choice...i used it in a client's bathroom and it reads as a nice masculine purple.

Oh, the wallpaper in the 3rd photo is divine! Love it!

Really love this color palette.
Purple is a hard one - people either love or hate it. I am a textile designer and always fought for a purple colorway to be included in a collection to the powers that be, but usually was met with a solid "NO". Depends on the customer.
I love all this purple. See when I was little I always went to grab the purple instead of the pink. Years later I got sick of purple and had kind of forgotten about it. But I have noticed that it was started coming back and I'm loving it.
loving lavender... divinity by benjamin moore is fabulous as well...
This is a very pretty color. The first bedroom is beautiful.
Love it! Think my hubby would die before letting me use it, though :(
Lavender has been on my mind lately too..I'm dying to use that color. Love the settee and the ikat pillows.
my bedroom walls were painted a dusty purple for years, with white trim...my husband wasn't nearly as crazy about it as I was...these beautiful images remind me how much I miss waking up to that wonderful color.
Love these rooms! Ax
I'm more of a pink girl :) But occasionally I use a bit of lavender in my daughters' room.
these images make the shade of lavender look beautiful.
Purple has always been my favourite colour. Good to see it's finally getting the attention and appreciation it deserves!! :-)
Love the pics you posted :-) I need to find that wallpaper in picture #3!!

I know! I've ALWAYS loved pink and anything blue will do, but this spring purple and earthy green have been calling to me...i reminds me of some of my favorite garden elements... lavender and green boxwood...
Lavender is my absolute favorite color! It's always classic. Thanks for sharing these gorgeous pictures.
I'm not that much into lavender but together with the blue picture as shown on the second image it looks wonderful refreshing. And the lavender wallpaper together with the white furniture (3rd image) looks very modern.
