wherever i make the trip back home, i always drive the same way...i've done it for past 11 1/2 yrs. it's an interstate kind of drive, you know, the painfully boring one where you set your cruise control and sing your heart out to an itunes mix.this time, i decided to be adventurous... i let the GPS take me home...i am from a small GA town- the kind that requires you to pass lots of cow pastures to get there...a town that apparently when you push the "home" button, you are instantly steered on a path where cell phone service is not accessible...
on tues, i realized, maybe i'm not an interstate kind of girl...i kind of like those country roads and i love the feeling i get when i enter the town's city limits and walk back into my childhood home...

Glad to have you home for a little
while.
We enjoy the 'scenic' route over the interstate sometimes.
Our route back home is on the interstate via ag lands and dairy farms. I have to admit we've never looked for the scenic route...maybe next time!
I love both of these photos!
SUCH a good feeling going home, isn't it? Glad you got to get away...always makes the hubster appreciate you just a little more, don'tcha think? :)
Lip-plumping gloss is indeed one of the wonders of the world!
