i love this picture of shannon fricke's foyer at her farm house (that wallpaper and cane bench are amazing). it was just published for the australian magazine insideout. shannon traded in her red carpet heels for life on the farm...and from what i can see, life looks pretty good!

I love everything about that first photo... the wallpaper, the bentwood settee... It plays right into this fantasy I have about owning a gentlewoman's farm complete with rare chickens, heirloom vegetables, and a massive barn as an art studio!
If that was back deck I would never complain about anything!

Her house is gorgeous! This area is about 1.5 hours from where I live & is a beautiful place for a country house! It is always great to go down there for the day & wander the cute village shops & have lunch. Amanda x
