Goodwill? Ack!! I've been searching for one forever for my daughter (but c'mon - I'd love it too). Of course I didn't get the one on craigslist a while ago and i'm kicking myself. Can't wait to see it finished!
I have the same chair (thank you, Craigslist!) waiting to be put up on my porch and have been debating whether to keep it natural or paint it black... good luck! I'm so excited to enjoy ours this summer.

My girls have one of those in their room! I found mine of craigslist--at $50, not a STEAL like yours, but still decent. Debated painting, but ended up leaving it natural and then making little cushions. The girls love it!
