My son loves egg salad (and not a whole lot else) so I make it a lot. The best method is to put 8-10 eggs in a saucepan then cover with water until you're about an inch over the eggs. Leave uncovered and put on the stove to boil. Once it's boiling cover and set a timer for 10 min. Have a bowl of ice water ready and after 10 min put the eggs in the water for at least 5. Peeling them after 5 min. but before about 10 is the easiest time (when the shells don't stick). Love your blog!
