for some reason, this color isn't one that i use a lot but every time i see a picture w/ it, i fall in love. here is some inspiration of how wonderful coral looks mixed w/ color or as an accent. and to serve as a reminder to myself as a color that i would like to use in the near future.

Love coral. My parents have their living room decorated with some accents of coral. So refreshing. I love it!
ReplyDeleteOh Shannon, this is one of my favorite colors and one of my favorite posts from you. Please let me know if you ever sell that first fabric in the designer's attic!
ReplyDeleteLoving the new look of your blog! Gorgeous!
ReplyDeleteThose are the colors I did in my sons nursery...tangerine and a light blue. Such a cheerful combo! Hope you are hanging in there...how many weeks left?
ReplyDeleteI've seen that headboard before and it is FAB!
ReplyDeleteI feel the same way!!!
ReplyDeleteI am in love with that headboard! Coral is such a beautiful color!
ReplyDeletecoral is one color, okay along with a few other colors, that I said I would never use. After seeing that bath in MS I may have changed my mind. We have that wall color and I rather love the coral with it.
ReplyDeleteI'm loving coral! I die over that headboard too
ReplyDeleteI love the first photo!
ReplyDeleteActually is my fave "go to" color of all!
ReplyDeleteI'd like to see more of the first room, with the headboard and coordinating walls behind. Amazing, and I love Coral!! Janell
ReplyDeleteBeautiful pictures - the color looks amazing. Maybe I should remember that more often!!
ReplyDeleteI love it paired with turquoise like in the first two pics, such a fitting combo.
ReplyDeleteI totally forget about this color but it is so lovely! Thanks for reminding me!
ReplyDeleteAdore coral, but I too don't really use it in my home...maybe I should change that? It really is perfectly lovely for spring/summer.
ReplyDeleteShannon- what a fabulous post. I adore this color!!
ReplyDeleteCoral is such a great color for Spring/Summer. Very pretty post!

ReplyDeleteThose are some of the best coral images I have seen... So different and refreshing
ReplyDeleteMy mom and I are seriously obsessed with coral. The first image with that headboard is my favorite!
ReplyDeleteI love the first two photos, they really speak to me. Also, fancy the bamboo chairs in the last photo. How are you feeling...still on bedrest?
ReplyDeleteI bought the most gorgeous coral leather for a scalamandre sale a few weeks ago. Still debating on what i should do with it!
ReplyDeleteThat headboard and Mirror look stunning against the other tones.

Great reminder, it is pretty lovely! xx
ReplyDeleteI'm finding myself more drawn to this colour lately, even though those memories of peach/teal from the 80's is still pretty vivid in my mind! : )
ReplyDeleteI feel the same - I've been on a huge coral kick lately (and gathering images for a post too). So pretty & inspiring!!
ReplyDeleteI love coral lately, especially with turquoise as shown in your first photo. In fact, I made a coral colored curtain for my kitchen & purchased a rug in almost the same color for the kitchen as well. Along with my Tiffany blue KitchenAid mixer & hand towels, it's quite a cute look!

ReplyDeleteGrowing up, my best friends home was everthing I wanted - a coral kitchen, a southern dining room with a massive side-board for serving filet and henry bane sauce and cucumber salad....a living room with bargello needlepointed wing-back chairs. (all done by her Mom, Anne)
