Likely a lame guess, but could it be a fabric from India Hicks? I recognize the fabrics but not 100% of the designer. Looking forward to hearing.

ADORE Quadrille!!!! Just visited their Dallas showroom...could've stayed all day. I like the fact that it is bold, bright color...but with a happy dose of sophistication. Love the feel of the fabric too. Can't wait to see what you pick. I have too many favorites to list.
