simple things....

i am the first to admit that i get caught up in my daily routine....especially with a newborn and a 3 yr old. last night around 10:00, warren and i just sat and talked- no tv, no computer, no cell phones, no kids....it was wonderful. it's amazing how simple things can be so fulfilling...i highly recommend trying it :)

aw so beautiful pictures! I always said that life is all about details, such as chatting with the husband and a quite evening. xo

Oh, that IS such an amazing feeling. I love being able to turn off electronics and just BE. The days seem so much longer that way too :)

I love that light fixture! I totally agree, too, sometimes all I need to feel refreshed is a good conversation with my hubby!

It's so great and important to be really "present" in the moment with your significant other!

Great images. And I agree. For about 6 weeks... Michael and I didn't cut the tv on. It was so nice. I think we may need to try it again....

Yes I can imagine life gets tangled with two little kids! My children are also 3 years apart (well 2 years and 8 months..) and I remember the early days when Isabella was born. Not easy but still so fulfilling.

How wonderful that you and Sean took time for just the two of you. A little goes a long way and any time investment in being 'just you' is so important.
